George E. Michitsch, a Marine Veteran, has over 50 years of machining experience and holds two apprenticeships (Machine Design and Machinist). George moved from Michigan to Arizona in 1982 to start his first machine shop in a humble 1,200 sq. ft. suite and continued to grow his small CNC Machining business over time to a 7,000 sq.ft. facility in Tempe, Arizona. Recently, George re-married to Janet Swinney-Michitsch (our Business Development and Sales Manager) and decided retirement is for the birds and has once again opened a small machine shop in Apache Junction, Arizona to train his grandson Neal R. Swinney.
